Alcohol Use Disorder

We use a variety of medications for medication-assisted therapy (MAT) to treat alcohol use disorder by relieving withdrawal symptoms and alcohol cravings. Treatment also includes collaboration, when appropriate, with various therapists and counseling organizations to help deal with trigger management, stress reduction and discussion of underlying mental health conditions. We also treat associated mental health conditions that can influence your recovery and with more advanced conditions not responding to treatment, we can refer to a mental health professional. In cases where patients require further escalation of treatment, we can make referral to the appropriate facilities and services.
