I lead and develop a high-performing team, closely monitor key performance metrics and denials, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial outcomes.

Favorite Part of Job: What I find most rewarding in my role is investing in my team-sharing my past years of experience and watching them grow in both confidence and performance.  I’m equally passionate about partnering with providers to reduce administrative burdens, allowing them to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality patient care.
