Anthony Ciulla, MD

ABOUT DR. CIULLA:

Dr. Ciulla is a Birmingham, Alabama native who received his undergraduate degree at UAB and his medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the Carraway Hospital, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Ciulla is board certified in Family Medicine.
